TMJ disorder??
19F 5'9'' 150 lbs. Ive had jaw problems for years on my left side. Id say at least 3 years ago i noticed my bite becomming off, and eventually I got braces to try to correct it, but they only made it worse. Now for years the left side of my jaw at the TMJ joint constantly pops out. Everytime I yawn (thats when it pops out the loudest and most forcefully), and everytime I chew or open my mouth. I've had frequent swollen internal bumps against my ear just above my earlobe that are hurt when swollen and are very tender to the touch. I have trouble keeping my mouth open for more than a minute, and the muscles there always feel tight and stiff. My bite is off, my jaw opens to the left side, I might grind my teeth occasionally, I drool when laying down because of my bite, I have ear ringing consistently (tinitus?), and I'm pretty sure I have headaches from my jaw, but it's been so long I'm not always aware of them. If I try to move my jaw and get it to sit evenly (even without my hands) the right side will click and hurt with a sharp pain. Sometimes my jaw pops out loudly enough my family will hear it when sitting next to me. It's never been stuck or locked open though. Just hoping someone is able to classify it. Thanks.
