Virtual Assistants

Anyone out there using a virtual assistant? We had a paralegal leave our team. I think I can cover her paralegal work, but she and I alternated handling the phones and intakes. It would help a lot if we could find someone who could do basic tasks like answering calls, scheduling consultations (after clearing conflicts, making sure it's a legal matter that we handle, etc.), and sending confirmation emails. Ideally, we would like to work with the same person consistently, but that's negotiable. If you have any experience with these services, let me know who you have used and your feelings on them.
