Bacons Mod Fixes

Good evening everybody, I've spent a bit of time fixing Bacon's Photo Props, and Bacons Persistent GM Loadout mods.

Not advertising or anything, but anyone who has had issues with his mod, this is why.

Bohemia changed the return type of SetTransform from void to bool in 1.7, ("Partisan") and some internal protected functions in SCR_ArsenalManagerComponent became inaccessible from modded classes. The original authors haven't updated yet so I made this compatibility mod/patch that should hopefully fix it.

I've only tested it on singleplayer, but multiplayer should still work for your servers. Any issues, please reply to this post and if theres any more bacon mods you'd like fixed please let me know.
