I’m so consistently underperforming

I know this I’m not a good player by any means but this season rlly feels like it’s dragging my ign is Eluxers to check my r6 tracker but I’m winning and loosing games but not going up at all I know this is mmr I won 3/5 of my placements and got placed at copper 4 and I’ve played 25 won 13 lost 12 and still haven’t went up or down just wondering for any tips in the long term
