Been an attending several years in NYC am an IMG have some time to kill in urgent care again is not busy so happy answer any questions have been through the exams and visa process I know it inside out. Any questions happy to answer.

Sorry I just want to say how sorry I am about the whole J1 situation I spoke to an attorney last week about it and they said it is affecting even people in the US getting waivers and extensions .
