Help choosing a OnePlus watch (3 43mm or 4)

Hi!

I'm looking for some help to decide which OnePlus watch should i Buy.

This would be my first smartwatch, and I'm debating between OnePlus Watch 3 43mm ($150) or OnePlus Watch 4 ($250).

I want the watch for daily use, notif, calls, music, gym training, a little bit of everything. Also, my phone is a Xiaomi Poco F5 pro, if it makes any difference.

If you guys have any recommendations or experience with this, I would really appreciate it.
