Teams Webinar - "Hide Attendees Names" option missing for all users

We have corp Teams with an E5 license and running version 26134.1702.4747.7366

Webinars is enabled for users, and for some reason majority of users can't see this option to "hide attendees names" for a webinar.

I've added a screenshot to show what I see, option at the bottom of page.

Nobody else has this option, our policies and license are identical.
