is it safe to travel to Ethiopia with a doctor amidst the current Ebola outbreak in DRC/Uganda?

a relative has a trip next month to Addis Ababa, and will be interacting / staying in the same hotel with a doctor who will be providing medical physicals/surgeries, predominantly to children. My relative won’t be providing any medical services.

Ethiopia has no current confirmed cases, but I was wary of the proximity to someone providing medical care (especially since most infections seem to be doctors). Wondering if we are too risk averse or if you would be comfortable taking this trip at the current time. Thank you!
