Event strat

So I've been trying to beat the last event wave against mothra and her two Anime MG goons and I just got back from playing the game since launch and I have no clue what starts to even do to win and it's frustrating, but I am using the new destroyah if that helps? I have no clue what anything means anymore so if anyone can give me a strat and "beginner" help it would be awesome
