Low FPS in Dying light 1

Hello, I'm experiencing a very low frame rate in the game on my laptop. It fluctuates between 20-60, but if I look at the sky, ground, or wall, it jumps to 100. I've tried a lot: prioritizing the NVIDIA graphics card, uninstalling Armory Crate, updating Visual Studio (as advised by Techland tech support), and many other things. Nothing has helped. Tech support has politely declined to help, and I don't know what else to do. Please help me figure this out. I'm attaching a gameplay video. My laptop is an Asus TUF A15 FA506IV, and its specifications are as follows: AMD ryzen 7 4800H,NVIDIA RTX 2060,16 GB RAM
