How long did your side effects last cuz i‘m about to give up

After 5 years not being able to do anything because of anxiety i decided to take 100mg sertraline (started wih that dose) i‘m at day 8, while increased anxiety has gotten less i still feel adrenaline all day, thank god i have xanax but it isnt always enough
