App store native payments sometimes not happening

Hi, I have B2C app on Google Play and I noticed, that if someone starts my trial subscription with 0 amount of money charged for the trial period, then sometimes it happens, that bank blocks actual first payment happening after trial period end.
Users have not cancelled, refunded or anything. It simply happens, because some banks (in Czech republic at least) blocks it, because first payment was not at least 1 amount of currency, so you don't have enough authority to process the payment after trial ends.
Is there a way to get the authority somehow?

Or any workaround that won't mess the paywall?
