URGENT SUBLEASE AT THE VERGE! WILL HELP WITH COSTS!!! PLSSS

Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Verge for the 2026–2027 school year (August 2026 – July 2027) because I'll be leaving UCF.

✨ 4x4 apartment
✨ Roommates are all super sweet, friendly sophomore girls
✨ I'll cover the reassignment fee and am willing to help with additional costs/incentives for the right person
✨ Great option if you're looking for student housing near UCF

I'm hoping to find someone as soon as possible. Serious inquiries only, please. If you're interested or know someone who might be, comment below or send me a message on instagram @teshaunith. I can provide any details you need (rent, floor plan, amenities, roommate info, etc.).
Thank you!
