Unpausing with controllers in 42.19

Unpause using your start button. Not the A button or the equivalent. It will prevent you from getting out of your car or other A button related activities. When you select resume when the game is paused, you currently both unpause and do the current a button function. This includes getting out of cars, opening doors, and almost every other action. Most of the time it is unnoticed. But when you are driving and you unpause using the A button, you stop the car and get out. No matter where you are.
