Pregnancy niche

Has anyone in here done content while pregnant? What was your experience?
I do content regularly but took a break when I found out I was pregnant. Now I’m 30 weeks and decided to try getting into the fetish but having a difficult time coming up with content ideas that fit the niche. Also, what are good subs on here to promote in? I’m not a fan of the main subs where you’re showing it all off but that’s all I can seem to find.

Any advice/tips or just encouragement is appreciated!!
