40+6 and my toddler just came down with HFMD — has anyone dealt with this??

40+6 here and my 2 year old is on day 2 of hand, foot, and mouth disease. I am absolutely freaking out. Has anyone been through this? Giving birth while potentially being exposed to or carrying a virus is not something I ever thought I’d be dealing with and I don’t even know where to start. Would love to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
