Ulta cancelled items in my order — their offer was abysmal

I ordered $100+ worth of items from Ulta. I got some foundation which was on sale. I received an email from Ulta they cancelled the foundation from my order. I was annoyed because I wanted the foundation so I reached out to customer service

They first offered me free shipping on the order, I had exceeded the free shipping threshold so I already had that, then they offered me…..$5 for the cancelled items. The foundation was cheap, it was $11 each and I bought two —- but $5?!?!?

I don’t like spending a lot of money so Ulta works for me but they might have lost me.
