Negative results for yeast infection

So I’ve recently have been experiencing a month of torture.
It all started off as an undiagnosed UTI that I treated with off the counter medicine, however as my symptoms persisted I was prescribed with different other things for my vaginal sensitive.
As that didn’t work I got tested but this time results came in as a yeast infection that could be cured with using any type of Fluconazole tablet or a topical cream. After the long wait, my vagina still felt some pain and soon enough I was at the doctors taking tests once again (last Saturday). This time all my results were negative for yeast or a UTI which is strange because I am still waking up to stinging after peeing and random moments were my vagina start’s stinging.

I really need help! I am so desperate to know if anybody has gone through this 😔
Is it normal to sometimes be stinging?
