Cancelling QBO: How to download *ALL* of my data

I've been using QBO for over a decade for a small rental property business. I'd like to pull ALL of my data into Excel but QBO makes it difficult to do this. I've basically just used it as a transaction register of my bank account where I assigned classes and performed splits.

Is there a way to pull the entire transaction register with all of the modifiers I created during reconciliation (eg class assignment, splits, etc.)? I have pulled various reports with added columns, etc. but it isn't very clean. It would be great to just have the full chronological transaction register with everything.

I know there are lots of 3rd party backup apps that MIGHT be able to do what I need. But can you recommend one that you've used for a similar process?
