Final Update so many changes - i've been away for 14 months. Help i'm overwhelmed XD

Theres so much new stuff in this that i cannot fathom it and i don't want to miss out on so much. Will they or have they compiled all changes and updates and additions for this final update? I'm back and i do not want to miss some cool weapons, armour, aspects etc etc because the game didn't tell me about it. and i find out way way down the line.
