I just wish we could get the advanced fryers out of the way

The kitchen's evolving, man. It's definitely getting harder to cook. It's definitely getting more strategic. I just wish we could get the advanced fryers out of the way. I think there's too many settings out there. Too many settings, way too many presets. I don't even know half of the stuff that goes up on that little screen. I look at the dial sometimes, and I even ask some of the guys, like, "What is CRISP-365™, whatever it is? What are these modes that are being created?"

I mean, it's just crazy to even keep up with. Like convection or something like that. Like what is that? Why are we creating these buttons? I think that's the problem with cooking right now.

It goes back to old-school stuff, man. Just see the oil and fry the food.

At the end of the day, it's about eating. You got to go out there and eat and take away all those air fryers, take every appliance you could possibly think of, and go out there and try to heat the food and make more meals, right? It's about a family dinner. You preheat good, you win a meal. You make one more plate than the other household, you win a dinner. So that's what we're trying to do here.
