Law firms hiring trainees for 2027

Hey everyone, I just got rejected from the CSSO traineeship programme for 2027. I have 8 FE1s done so I’m wondering do any of the top firms (basically firms who will pay for PPC) hire their trainees a year in advance instead of 3 years like the majority? Also just checking if any of the ALGs, Arthur Cox’s are hiring or have spots open for their 2027 programme.

If anyone has experience getting one of those spots, please let me know :) thanks!
