Shaft Lean and Spine Tilt relationship
Just had a potential light bulb moment. I've always setup at address with noticeable shaft lean. Whether it's driver or iron, it's always felt right, even when I know it's not.
For reference, even my driver setup has the handle pointing to my left hip essentially, and to compensate, I slightly open the face at address.
The issue was, I never knew HOW to not do this. I would move my hands closer to neutral, and it would almost put me in a scooping position.
To get to the point, is there a direct relationship between spine tilt and shaft lean at address? More spine tilt means less shaft lean, and vice versa? And is this the proper way to fix this issue? Im starting to realize I have no spine tilt away from the target at address..
