Question about windows 10

Hey guys, I've been really excited for this game to come out, but apparently it is not out on playstation, and my only other alternative is a windows 10 laptop. I looked at the requirements on steam, and it barely passes the bare-minimum. So I was curious if anyone else has gotten the game with the bare-minimum requirements, and I was curious- does it run well? how much lag is there? is it playable?

Thanks
