Help me respond to someone i’m trying to move on from.

I’m trying to move to on from a relationship that’s not in my best interest. Three weeks after letting the person know i’m ending our relationship and moving on, they sent this text as if they didn’t take me serious; “You think I can come by today”. Should I ignore him or what’s the best way to respond?
