10 months old milk tooth puppy extraction. Should I do it?

Hello,

I have a 10-month-old beagle, and one canine milk tooth still hasn't fallen. I play with her with pull/tug toys every day and she like chewing on her toys, but that darn tooth still hasn't fallen.

I consulted 2 veterinaries, one of them said that it has to be extracted now (which costs a lot apparently - anesthesia being the most expensive), the other said I should wait as some dog may lose all their milk teeth's later after 1 year.

Should i do the tooth extraction now or wait for it to fall naturally? There is some food accumulation between her milk canine and the adult canine, I try to brush it often, but it still doesn't come off. Should it be a cause of concern?
