Assistant manager position

Im am a journeyman meat cutter with the company, and have prior management experience. Ive been with Harris Teeter for a year and a half, and have been approached multiple times about moving up into a management position. I make decent money at the moment. I was wonder if i take up the offer, would the pay bump be worth it. Also trying to move locations closer to home
