Rattling sound?

Hey everyone. Im driving a 1997 Mustang Cobra and I m starting to hear a strange sound. Usually at low speeds, most often when im letting off the clutch in 1st and 2nd gear, im getting a weird rattling but almost kind of grindy sound. Any thoughts? Almost thinking a bad transmission mount?
