Hi everyone This is my second Tier List after rewatching the anime and reread the manga. I scaled the characters based on their feats, but I heavily prioritized the overall story narrative.

Here are a few important points to clarify my criteria:

**Ordered Tiers:** Characters are ordered from left to right within each tier. Left means stronger, right means weaker.

**Intra-tier scaling:** Characters within the same tier are relative to each other. Fights between them would range from high diff to extreme diff, depending on how far apart they are.

**One Tier Difference:** I believe characters lose to anyone a tier above them with mid diff in general. However, this can shift to low diff or high diff depending on whether they are at the very top or bottom of their respective tiers.

**Two Tiers Difference:** For characters separated by two whole tiers, the matchup becomes a low diff or even no diff in most cases.

**Calamity Tier:** Characters in the Calamity grade are not strictly ordered. I just placed them according to my personal preference, and I’m open to any order there.

**High Grade 1 vs. Grade 1:** The main difference here is that High Grade 1 characters possess anti-domain techniques or reliable ways to counter/survive a Domain Expansion.

**Matchup Compatibilities:** Due to specific kits, some characters can counter and beat others who are ranked ahead of them or even a tier above. Examples include Uro beating Ryu, Geto vs. Toji, or Higuruma outhaxing various characters.

That’s all. I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts. Let me know what you agree or disagree with
