I ran a search on the most difficult Precision Platformers (voted by users) and summarized my findings. Celeste is on there, but there are a lot of games above it!

Hi r/CelesteGame!

I run howdifficultisit.com (where users can rate game difficulties) and as the title suggests, I queried the most difficult precision platfomers right now and organized my findings (I also posted this on r/platformer). I figure that everyone who liked the challenge of Celeste would appreciate it. A few caveats though: First, I haven't played all of these platformers, so I was JUST looking at the data. Second, I didn't include fangames so some classic favourites like I Wanna Be the Guy/Boshy/Kamilia etc. aren't on there. It would have been really noisy with those in there.

If you want a spoiler, the top 4 are:

2. !Battletoads!< - (Yeah, this one was iffy about whether to be included on the list)

And because I haven't played all of them, I definitely had to use external sources to summarize some of the findings. Let me know if I botched anything badly!
