Need Help Fixing Bug - Commish

Hey guys, I recently came out of a startup as commish and saw that future rookie drafts were only 3 rounds. I didn't see any option to change it anywhere, so I created a dispersal and change it to 4 rounds. It worked in the sense that now future rookie drafts are 4 rounds, but I can't delete the dispersal draft. It's now blocking matchups and the season won't progress as usual until I figure this out. Any input would be appreciated, thanks.
