About a year ago, there was a prompt that was circling around ot "how Hatsune Miku would look in your fictional world", so I did it with four distinct cultures in my Hemocleave / Thaegard setting. This is older art that I dug up from then that I enjoyed and wanted to expand on.

The world itself, Thaegard, is in a post-war period. The Well Wars, a series of global fights fought over oil wells, left the previous empires (The Armed Powers Vs. The March Front) in disarray, and had them split into smaller nations. In the present day, the world is a mess of flintlocks, cowboys, machinery, and blood magic.

**Portian Miku**

Riteport is a bastion for music and art due to it being the largest port on its continent. Miku would be a blues or jazz singer, probably known throughout the continent for her performance. Her talent would most likely make her amongst the most affluent in Riteport, and would be as much of a household name as any modern musician. Maybe she might even take up acting in silent films of the era? This is probably the closest to normal Miku.

**Havenite Miku**

Skalhaven is a militaristic powerhouse, and notably one of the larger players of the former March Front. Miku would be recognized for her talent in music, but compulsory service would mean that the talent would probably just allow for a charismatic edge when promotions are available. This Miku would have seen active combat, and would have required at least 30 confirmed kills through ordinary combat and at least 3 sunken ships or 5 destroyed enemy siege weapons.

**Frontier Miku**

The Bad North is a region that once held many Lachlan and Republia Unican settlements, but the Well Wars made the area entirely unsustainable to maintain active presence. Now the Bad North is considered a special demilitarized zone filled with sparse towns run by Sheriffs and local law enforcement. Miku would be just another face, likely just a poor soul with a great talent unfortunate enough to be born in the uncaring cold. Singing helps on long lonely coach drives, and the stagbeasts she drives don't seem to mind it neither.

**Reachian Miku**

The swamp region of Houndsreach is unique in that it actually only saw a greater explosion of infrastructure and prosperity after the Well Wars, as many witches were driven out of cities after their utility was no longer needed. Miku in this area would most certainly have taken the marking ceremony and used her musical talent to become a Hymn Hunter: a type of witch that acts as a militarized game warden, using their vocal abilities in tandem with their blood magic to make sure The Wilds (a karmic force that permeates the world, described as "the hum of the world") and humans maintain a harmonic relationship.
