Does anyone have heart palpitations or feel lightheaded?

I’m about 18 weeks and I’ve been dealing with on and off heart palpitations and feeling faint since 12-14 weeks. I notice it primarily when I shower and get up in the morning but it has also happened during the evening while I’m at work. I don’t have a labor intensive job and I get light exercise daily by walking around my neighborhood or nearby parks. I feel incredibly out of breathe like I just ran a marathon and if I move too quickly while I’m having these episodes I start to feel like I’m going to pass out. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I’m trying to figure out what it could be. My PCP has done bloodwork and an EKG on me and everything came back normal.
