How is this PC Parts List? Does it work? Can I slim down on some parts?

I've never actually built a PC before, man I hope this goes well. Anyways, I'm taking advantage of a Microcenter an hour away to get the 7700x bundle that comes with CPU, MOBO, and RAM, for $500, shaving off about $300 from the final price tag, which I think is a deal but I could be wrong. Also, for storage; well I made a post on this Subreddit a bit ago asking if I could use my laptop NVMe SSD in this build and someone told me I could, and I trust them with every cell of my body so I'll be doing that. Here's the link to the SSD if someone maybe wants to double check. https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-MZVL22T0HBLB-Lenovo-Desktop-Ultrabook/dp/B09WJFZZVY
Anyways, I was wondering if there was a way I could make the build a little cheaper without MAJOR major compromises, maybe replace the 9070xt with a 9060xt, or get a cheaper PSU or exhaust fan. I am fortunate enough to be able to spend this kind of money, but a bit of googling told me that a decent monitor is upwards of $300 and that combined with GPU brackets, Windows, UPS, and probably something else I don't know about makes this seem a lot more expensive than I thought it'd be. Is there a good sub-200 monitor out there maybe? I honestly don't know and this is all a bit overwhelming so any and all advice would be of substantial use. Thanks in advance y'all.
