Help! Can’t see videos on marketplace and can’t figure out the issue!

Hey all, I’ve been struggling with a issue of not being able to see videos on Facebook marketplace. This issue has been going on for over 2 years and it drives me insane. I’ve done everything I can think of.. deleted the app, deleted my profile, cleared the cache, inspected every single setting, etc. I ended up making a new account and I can see videos on that account.. I’m stumped. I just want to be able to see videos on my main account!! Help!!
