How to create protogen visor?

helloooo im trying to make a protogen visor but I’m not sure what materials to use, I only need the base, not the black tinted plastic that goes on it (sorry for explaining so badly) idk how to model and don’t own a 3d printer and using clay will just cause it to crack and be really heavy, I’m kinda stuck on using foam or those plastic sheets that can mold however I’m not so sure what to use on the foam if I’ll have to use it
