Where to find affiliates for your program?

I have a program out. The question is, how do I find people to join and market for me?

The niche is education. The target will be students, their parents etc.

I'm a total beginner. Will this even work? Should I contact social media influencers?

I'm to busy to consistenly make content for social media.
