How is QSpiders in Kochi for placements? Is there any other good institute?

Is fairly skilled but due to market resume is not getting shortlisted even with little openings. Was planning to join some institute online or offline to ger interviews. Got selected for QSpiders incubation program so classes are free but i have heard classes are very theoretical and slow. About placements different people are saying different stuff.
