Lowe's supervisors treating us like garbage.

Why do some supervisors have the audacity to treat us regular associates like garbage. I work as MSA and I was spotting for one of my fellow associates to grab some product down for assembly. We both decided it would be easier to leave the product on the order picker platform and take it to the back to stage it in the assembly bay. Well when we were working our way back through the bull pen the backroom supervisor says " can y'all hurry it up I need to use the order picker". We're like sure just let us drop this off real quick. When we started to put it where it goes he said "can you actually put it somewhere else I'm going to need to work on this aisle." We're like okay sure and he points at a location but we didn't see where exactly he pointed to because he just walked away. So we started to put it in a spot that we assumed was out of the way and he started yelling at us and cursing at us because we weren't going fast enough. We stayed calm and decided to go to our MSM to explain what happened. All she said was " well everyone is stressed about inventory." We were like we get that but that doesn't give him the right to treat us like that. All she did was walk away like she was frustrated when even brought it up to her.
