any recommendations as to where to audition?

ive been wanting to audition for a kpop group for a while now but idk where to start. im white (1/4 korean so i have a few asian features but barely any), 5’4, and i sing and dance. im trained in musical theater singing along with some classical but can pull off pop quite well. for dance im trained tap/jazz but im starting to teach myself the kpop dance style. im also going to be 15 this month. any recommendations as to where to start or if i have a chance? thank you :)
