[Lotm newbie]I want to pick up lotm again….

Hello I want to pick up lotm again after stopping around ch140s~ when I tried reading at that I forgot some information which rly annoys me and went thru the dongua and even tho its very very fast paced i atleast understand a lot of things ( watched 3epiaodes as if now)

So I js wanted to ask if I can just finish the anime and read few chapters abt vol1 then go stright into vol2

So what u guys think ?
