Does Afrezza help with activity?

My son was diagnosed Aug 2025 right before starting cross country. He sat out all last year, but we have been training hard and hoping he can run as a senior. He also performs with the marching band. Prior to T1D he was reaching 15-20k steps per day.

Has anyone here switched from Humalog injections to Afrezza? Does Afrezza affect you the same with activity after dosing?
