RCE tarmac 0 or tarmac 2 coilovers?

Struts on my 06’ are absolutely clapped like to the point I’m scared to drive it lol. Seen a few threads saying they are both great but just want to confirm which I should choose. I daily my subie and live in northwest so roads are mediocre. I like driving fast here and there on the way home thru windy roads and car has a lot of body roll right now. I want a little lower profile and more adjustability in case I want it later on. But I’ve never done suspension so need advice on what else I need to buy with the coilovers, like do I need a different sway bar, different mounting plates? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
