What's the strangest thing that got easier after you lost weight?
Everyone talks about clothes fitting better and having more energy, but I'm curious about the random stuff nobody mentions. For me it was flying. I used to spend the entire flight thinking about how much space I was taking up. I'd automatically grab the armrest first, avoid getting up to use the bathroom, and basically spend the trip trying not to bother the people next to me. After losing around 60 lbs I realized I wasn't thinking about any of that anymore. It wasn't some dramatic moment either. I just got off a flight one day and realized I hadn't thought about my weight once during the entire trip. What are some unexpected things that became easier for you guys that have nothing to do with the scale?
