Thinking of starting aim training, I have some questions

Discussion

Do you guys use a universal sensitivity for every game you play? Or do you adjust it slightly depending on each game/just go with what feels best?

For example, I play on a slow-medium sensitivity on CS2. But on apex, since the game is much faster pace i like it to feel slightly faster. Is this bad? Should I just use a converter to have the exact same sens across all games?

I’m decent at the games I play but I’ve never been able to cross that slightly above average area to really become a great player. I want to start aim training to help me get over that plateau, though not sure which sensitivity I should use for my training since it varies slightly game to game. I rotate between a few games on a regular basis, im never just grinding a single game. What should I do?
