I built a free app for reporting Dubai infrastructure issues (potholes, flooding, broken streetlights)

Fed up with bad smells around your community that no one seems to fix? Or seeing the same pothole sitting there for months with no proper way to report it?

I built Sawt (صوت means "voice" in Arabic), a free community platform for exactly this.

How it works:

• Sign up free, takes 30 seconds
• Report any infrastructure issue with a photo and the location
• Community upvotes the most important issues
• When 10 people upvote the same problem, Dubai Municipality gets automatically emailed and gets fixed way faster.
• Track progress from reported -> acknowledged -> resolved

There is still allot to polish and improve like the AI chat bot and AI photo categorization which I am working on.

I really would love feedback from actual Dubai residents and anyone about this my personal project, like What categories am I missing? What would make you actually use this?
