Hair System Maintenance in NYC

Hi,

Does anyone have a good hairdresser who will do a cleaning and maintenance for a reasonable price (no cut-ins)? Everyone seems to charge $200+, looking to spend around $100.

I did visit one business that charged $100, but they spent 3 hours on the appointment...I don't have that kind of time to sit there for 3 hours every 3 weeks so I don't think I will go back lol

But please let me know if you have any recommendations. I live in the Lower East Side for reference. Appreciate it!
