How to get around the Scepter Chant + Teferi lock (without Channel Lands)?

I sometimes come up against Scepter Chant at my local FNM, which always seems to end with a scoop when [[Teferi, Time Raveler]] enters.

Until WotC consider "preventing your opponent from playing the game" as a viable reason to update the B&R list, it feels like I'm doomed to lose this matchup... unless I invest in [[Boseiju, Who Endures]] and/or [[Otawara, Soaring City]] and rework my decks to maximise my chances of drawing them.

Are there any alternatives - ideally for red/white decks - that can give me a fighting chance?
