Chunk/area ban 26.1.2

I really want to make a chunk/area ban in 26.1.2, but none of the tutorials I followed have worked at all, and I’m not sure if it is even possible in this version. I’ve looked into compression bans, but I don’t know how I’m supposed to get “random” Unicode characters into a book without manually putting each one.
