Secondary APPROVED

Submitted mental health secondary to previously approved low back conditions, and with all this talk about secondaries with the new ruling, I thought it would have been impossible. The c&p examiner must have been up to date though on the rule change, because i was approved due to the condition not having occured BUT FOR my previously approved low back conditions!

Saying I am SHOCKED is an understatement.
